Food Station Tjipinang Jaya Rents 768 Kiosks in PIBC

PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya rents 78 kiosks and 104 warehouses at Cipinang Rice Central Market (PIBC) on Jl. Pisangan Lama Selatan, East Jakarta.

For kiosks and houses rental payment will be done through cashless system

PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya's PIBC Head, Endang Sundhara said, not only kiosk rent, his side also rents 104 warehouses in this 16 hectare land.

"Recently, there are 365 merchants in PIBC. Rental retribution income for kiosks and warehouses in average per year reaches Rp 30 billion," he said, Wednesday (10/11).

Rice Market Operation Launched in Jakarta

He explained, kiosks rental fees are various based on its size. PT. Food Station Tjipinang prepares kiosks start from 4 to 50 square meters and warehouse with 80-1,400 square meters.

"This year, we will set kiosk rental price for Rp 31,250 per square meters. While Rp 65,500 per square meters for warehouse per month," he explained.

"For kiosks and houses rental payment will be done through cashless system. We support cashless policy in realizing transparency and accountability," he added.

He continued, PIBC is guarded by 24 security personnel which divided in three shifts for 24 hours.

"We are keep improving our service, including security, repair, and rice socialization. The purpose is to make merchants become comfort in here," he closed.
